Each ArcTrack plan includes a one-time setup fee. The fee covers company account configuration, branding, initial team setup, onboarding, and assistance creating the first project.
The setup fee is not charged for every project.

Active users are people with active access to the company account. Pending invitations, deactivated users, removed users, platform administrators, and expired invitations do not count.
Active projects are projects in Draft, Active, On Hold, Awaiting Inspection, or Closeout in Progress. Completed, Archived, and Cancelled projects do not count.
ArcTrack never charges automatically when a limit is reached. Owners can deactivate a user, complete or archive a project, or request a plan upgrade.
ArcTrack Standard is designed for most small sanitary piping and stainless fabrication contractors. It includes up to 10 users, unlimited active projects, material traceability, QR codes, CSV imports, and complete closeout packages.
Solo is intended for independent welders and very small teams that need basic weld, inspection, photo, and reporting tools.
Professional is intended for larger companies managing multiple crews, advanced permissions, custom reports, and more complex documentation workflows.
No. Each plan includes a fixed number of active users.
A user with active access to the company account counts toward the limit. Pending invitations and deactivated users do not count.
Projects in Draft, Active, On Hold, Awaiting Inspection, or Closeout in Progress count as active.
Yes. Company owners can request an upgrade or plan change from the billing page.
Yes. Each plan has a one-time setup fee equal to one month of the plan price.
No long-term contract is required unless a separate agreement is created for custom services.
