1. Agreement
This template outlines proposed terms for using ArcTrack Systems. It is not final and must be reviewed by qualified counsel before public launch.
2. Service
ArcTrack provides documentation, traceability, and closeout tools. It does not replace required professional judgment, inspection standards, or regulatory obligations.
3. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for authorized use, accurate records, lawful uploads, and maintaining appropriate exports of critical project information.
4. Acceptable use
Users may not attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, interfere with service operation, or use the service unlawfully.
5. Fees and cancellation
Founding-customer fees are described on the pricing page and invoiced directly. Final billing, cancellation, and data-retention terms will be specified in the executed customer agreement.
